  • Order Tracking and Management: The system provides a "Running Orders" section that displays all active orders. This allows the Expeditor to monitor the status of each order and ensure timely completion and delivery to the customer.
    • The system also supports future sales, allowing the Expeditor to see upcoming orders.
    • The Expeditor can view order details, including items ordered, modifications, and preparation notes.
  • Kitchen Communication: The system facilitates communication between the front-of-house and the kitchen.
    • The system supports category-wise Kitchen Panel, ensuring that orders are routed to the correct kitchen station.
    • The Expeditor can view the status of each item on the order in the kitchen panel, as chefs update the status.
    • Preparation notes added to an order are displayed on the Kitchen Panel.
    • The system can automatically print Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) with the order details, or the system will show a browser popup to print the KOT. If a KOT needs to be reprinted, there is a reprint function that can print all items or only new items.

    • The system supports multiple delivery partners, different prices for each, and various delivery statuses, which is useful for the Expeditor to coordinate delivery orders .
    • The Expeditor can access and manage multiple delivery addresses for customers .

  • Waiter Panel: The system includes a waiter panel which will notify waiters when the order is done, so they can pick up the order .
  • Modifier and Preparation Notes: The system allows the entry of item modifiers or toppings, as well as preparation notes, which ensures that the kitchen staff prepares the food accurately as requested by the customer.
  • Reporting: The system provides various reports including: food sales reports, consumption reports, stock reports, low stock reports, waste reports, profit and loss reports, and production reports. This data can help the Expeditor monitor performance and make informed decisions.
