  • Loyalty Program Setting:
    • The system has a setting to enable or disable the loyalty program.
    • This allows the restaurant to control when loyalty points are earned and redeemed.
    • The system allows setting the minimum loyalty points required for redemption. This prevents customers from redeeming very small amounts of loyalty points.
    • The system allows defining the loyalty point rate, which specifies how much each loyalty point is worth in terms of currency. This provides a clear value for the customer's earned points.
  • Earning Loyalty Points:
    • The system allows you to set loyalty points for individual food menu items. This allows the restaurant to offer a variety of loyalty earning opportunities.
    • When a customer places an order that includes food items with loyalty points, those points are credited to the customer's account.
    • Loyalty points are only awarded to customers who are not “Walk-in Customers”.
  • Customer Loyalty Account:
    • The system keeps a record of each customer’s loyalty points.
    • Customers can earn points from the first purchase, but available loyalty points will be visible from the second order onward.
